Authors Guidelines

The submission process is done fully online and NOT by email.

  1. Author must create an account first (top menu “Register” then follow the instructions).
  2. Only after your registration has been approved by admin, that you can login to your account (top menu “Login“).
  3. Login to submit your abstract through this system (not by email).
  4. Only after the status of your abstract is “Accepted“, that you can upload full paper, payment proof, revised paper, etc. through this system (not by email).
  5. Please use the AIP format for full paper submission (Click “Template”)
  6. The full paper should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc/docx).
  7. Review process is conducted entirely online through our online application system (not by email).
  8. Paper submission will be reviewed by expert selected by conference committee. Please regularly login to your account to check the status of your submission.
  9. Accepted paper must be registered and presented at the conference by at least one of authors.
